Neighbourhoods within Moonah Links

There are seven residential precincts and a total of 250 housing blocks in the Moonah Links Development.  Only a few vacant blocks are available for resale. The neighbourhoods are: The Ridge Road; Muirfield; Turnberry Grove; Kingston Heath; Nagles View; Lahinch; Old Tom Morris.

Within the neighbourhoods at Moonah Links, homes in the various residential enclaves harmonise with the landscape.

As one enters each neighbourhood, you will be greeted by clusters of contemporary homes – most with superb views of the surrounding woodland or the golf course and others nestled among the Moonah Trees.

Thoughtful design of the homes within Moonah Links enhances their privacy.  Each house must be custom designed and built within the strict guidelines of the Design Review Committee to ensure design and materials complement the environment.
Setting the standard from the beginning, are homes innovatively designed to respond to the landscape by leading architects.  These architects include Jackson Clements Burrows, winners of a number of RAIA residential awards (homes in Woodland Way and Old Tom Morris Lane) John Waters, Irwin Alsop Architects,  Wolveridge Architects and others.
