Moonah Links – the home of Australian Golf
Designed by internationally renowned Thomson, Wolveridge and Perrett, Moonah Links is the only course in the world developed for the specific purpose of being the home course for the country’s Open Champion.
Peter Thomson, five times British Open Champion designed The Open Course to become one of the world’s legendary links courses. At 6,900m, this par 72 golf course, one of the longest in the world, will put champions to the test.
The Legends Course designed by IMG Golf and Thomson, Wolveridge and Perrett, boasts the beauty of woodland pockets and gently undulating sand dunes, shaped by time.
Moonah Links has hosted the Australian Open Golf Championship and will do so again in the near future. It is also home to the Australian Golf Museum and Hall of Fame and a Golf Academy.
